Trouble Shooting

Q: Why can't I view your site?
A:  Try using Internet Explorer as your browser.

Q:  Why can't I get to the links on the website? 
A:  Your browser may be viewing our links as a pop-up.  Click your right mouse button and select "Allow pop-ups from this site" or hold your "ctrl" key down while you click on the link.

Q:  Why can't I enter the registration section when I could previously?
A:  You may have bookmarked the link and are trying to enter the system through this bookmark.  You must enter our registration and tagging system through our website so that it recognizes you.  Try bookmarking our site, then clicking on the link you are trying to reach. 

Q:  I'm having trouble printing my tags.
A:  Hold the "ctrl" key down while clicking on "Print my tags" link.  A new document will open with your tags.  You should now be able to print your tags.
