Volunteers Shop Early!

Volunteers are critical to our success. As a special thank you for your time, Clothes the Closet Door! LLC invites our volunteers to a special Volunteer's Only Pre-Sale on Thursday, April 16, 2009.   You will be the very first to shop the great bargains! You will also receive a guest pass for one guest to attend the Preview Sale from 7:30-9 p.m.   See the schedule to the right.

NEW!  SATURDAY SORTERS!

Responsibilities:  We have just 3 short hours to sort and organize after the sale.  It's chaotic but fun!  We love our Saturday sorters so much that we are now offering a very special pre-sale just for you.  Now be the very first to shop during the SATURDAY SORTER'S PRE-SALE, Thursday, April 16, 6:00-6:45 (shop early and stay through the consignor's preview sale).

Time Commitment:  3 hours
Date:  Saturday, April 18, 12:15-3:15 p.m.
S.S. are limited to the first 12 consignors only. Register to Volunteer beginning April 1.

Please note:  If you sign up to be a Saturday Sorter, attend the S.S. presale on Thursday, and do not attend the Saturday sort, you will be accessed an additional $25 consignor fee.

 

Set-Up Volunteers

Responsibilities: Help our staff inspect clothing and items for stains, seasonal appropriateness, etc.  Assist consignors with putting their items on the sale's floor. 

Time Commitment: 3 hours
Date: Thursday, April 16, 12—6 p.m.

Register to Volunteer beginning April 1.

 

Sale Volunteers

Responsibilities: Help us keep our venue neat and organized during the sale.  Assist staff as needed.

Time Commitment: 3 hours
Date: Friday, April 17, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Saturday, April 18, 8 a.m.—1 p.m.

Register to Volunteer beginning April 1.

 

Publicity Volunteers

Responsibilities: Help us distribute fliers around town, post info on local websites, etc.

Time Commitment: On your own schedule.
